At Q_PERIOR you can opt for one of two career paths depending on your personal development goals and preferences: In Q_PERIOR Management Track, you will primarily take on personnel management and business development roles, and with it your first business responsibility. Q_PERIOR Expert Track promotes employees who wish to take on extensive responsibility for subject areas as specialists.
Both development paths stand side by side on an equal footing as for us they enjoy the same status. It is even possible to switch from the Management to the Expert track and vice versa at any time. Our career model is based on a structured model of roles and expertise.
