Networked future at the SAP Public Services Forum

Switzerland aims to become a world leader in digitalization. This topic is also high on the agenda of the confederation and cantons. At the SAP Public Services Forum 2017 in Bern, experts from politics, administration, healthcare and education discussed digitalization in Switzerland: Where do we stand today, what challenges do we have to overcome and what is the role of technology in this?
Paperless business process as best practice
This was the focus of the presentation of a project at SBB RailClean. Michel Magne, Senior Consultant at Q_PERIOR, showed how digitalization has been profitably implemented and how the cleaning teams of Swiss Rails now work more efficiently and paperless. By using a mobile app on the individual terminals, and with integration into the order planning, among other things, travel times could be reduced and the service quality increased.
Electronic naturalization process as a future standard
Currently, innovations such as the electronic naturalization process, electronic building applications or mobile applications in collaboration with citizens and companies are particularly in demand. Q_PERIOR took the opportunity, to also exchange ideas with customers and interested parties on current issues.
