Digital transformation confers high double-digit growth on Q_PERIOR

The business and IT consultancy firm Q_PERIOR publishes its figures for the fiscal year 2016: With sales totaling €131 million, the Q_PERIOR Group reports a strong expansion of 26 percent. Projects in the context of digital transformation have proven to be the key driver of growth.

Having passed the €100 million threshold in 2015, Q_PERIOR has seen a leap in the growth of existing and new customer business over the past year.

“Our customers trust us to implement their digital transformation projects – from updating their application environment right through to developing innovative business models. For instance, we are currently providing support for one of the largest digitalization projects in the financial sector,” explains Klaus Leitner, CFO of Q_PERIOR AG. “This is also reflected in the positive development of our sales.”

Expansion has a positive effect on recruiting new staff

In order to achieve the Group’s declared sales target of €140 million in 2017, the consultancy firm will continue to recruit new junior staff, as well as to develop our employees and invest in new areas of business. Q_PERIOR is planning on hiring 120 new employees in this year alone. Alongside consultants with SAP know-how, experts in the sectors of banking, tourism, transport and logistics are in special demand.
