“We’re delighted to have reached a very respectable 11th place and would like to thank our employees for this distinction, which acts as both a recognition and an incentive”, says Karsten Höppner, CEO of Q_PERIOR. “On the one hand, the positive feedback from our employees confirmed that our values-focused company culture is truly being taken seriously and is creating an attractive working environment. On the other, it attests to the fact that it is crucial for us to continue investing in our employees and to keep on improving our workplace culture”.
“Training and development”, “Recognition of working performance”, “Credibility” and “Team spirit” were all aspects rated especially highly in the anonymous employee questionnaire. 95 percent of those employees at Q_PERIOR surveyed confirmed that they worked in a friendly environment. Statements such as “Trust without micromanagement”, “Personal responsibility” and “Ethical business practices” reached an approval rating of 90 percent or over. “We’re extremely proud of the highly positive feedback we’ve received from our employees. However, despite rejoicing in this feedback, we’re not about to rest on our laurels. Topics such as the continuous expansion of our measures to ensure further development, innovative projects and a clear embedding of our corporate values, personal, dynamic and proactive, in our daily work routine will also continue to be on our agenda. This will ensure that we will be in a position to support our strong growth, to sustainably improve our company culture and make our customers and employees successful”, emphasises Markus Mann, Head of Human Relations at Q_PERIOR.
Over 700 companies took part in the benchmark research into the quality and attractiveness of workplace culture at the independent research and advisory institute, Great Place to Work®. All prize winners were invited to Berlin yesterday evening to receive the quality award.
