In addition to the generally positive market conditions, it was the acquisition of new consulting contracts and an expansion of the existing customer base that contributed to this success, especially insurance, automotive and TTL (Travel, Transport and Logistics). “The most recent performance indicators are a smooth and seamless continuation of the successful growth seen in recent years,” says Klaus Leitner, CFO at Q_PERIOR. “With the tremendously positive development in the last fiscal year, we have more than doubled our sales within four years and have grown significantly faster than the market as a whole during this period.”
The driver behind growth in 2018 was once again the rise in demand for the design and implementation of digital projects. “With our many years of expertise in the integration of business and IT, we are benefiting from the fast changing market conditions,” says Karsten Höppner, CEO at Q_PERIOR. “We provide innovative solutions to our customers, enabling them to react more quickly to market requirements with new business models.”
The current innovation report published by the business magazine brand eins illustrates how Q_PERIOR is successful at providing future technologies with real added value. After the assessment of more than 20,000 expert evaluations with regard to “excellence in product or service as well as processes or corporate culture”, the consultancy was included on the list of the most innovative companies in Germany.
In addition to planning and implementing innovative ideas, proximity to the customer plays a crucial role in the company’s success. Q_PERIOR has therefore increased the number of consultants to more than 1,100 by the end of 2018 and opened its twelfth office in Stuttgart. In addition, internal processes have been overhauled from the ground up in recent months in order to offer even more flexible delivery models to the market as well as alternative career and development opportunities for staff. That benefits not only customers and current employees, but also the more than 150 new experts to be hired in 2019.
