“We are delighted to receive this award again which comes about due to the many positive assessments provided by our pool of employees. The prize shows that in spite of our strong growth, we are still on the right track with our core values”, says Hasan Tekin, CEO of Q_PERIOR Switzerland. The evaluation provided by the workforce speaks for itself: in spite of climbing into the more densely populated category of “Medium-sized Companies”, Q_PERIOR still succeeded in gaining a top ten ranking. “The consultancy business is heavily exposed to a lack of qualified specialists. For that reason, we have to continue to offer an attractive corporate culture in order to recruit and retain the best employees”, Tekin continues. 95% of Q_PERIOR employees agree with the following statement about their company: “All in all, this is a very good job here.”
With this, the Swiss branch has confirmed the already excellent result from Germany. In the neighboring country to the north, the management consultants have been repeatedly among the best employers since 2008. “Besides the audit review, the anonymous employee survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute creates a reliable, independent basis for comparing ourselves with our competitors in German-speaking territories on the basis of the material sent in”, states Tekin.
A total of 71 companies from every sector took part in the current benchmark survey of the quality and attractiveness of the workplace culture, conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute. All the prize-winners were invited to Zurich on April 13 for the official awarding of the seal of approval.
