Q_PERIOR once again voted one of Germany’s best employers

MUNICH, March 17, 2016 – Business and IT consultants Q_PERIOR have been voted among Germany’s top 100 employers for the fifth time. The prize-giving ceremony organized by the Great Place to Work Institute took place yesterday evening in Berlin:

A total of 613 companies in four different size categories took part in the competition to find “Germany’s Best Employers 2016” across all sectors of industry. As part of the competition, the independent research and consultancy institute, Great Place to Work, investigates the workplace culture and surveys the employees of participating companies anonymously. Companies which offer a particularly attractive workplace culture, receive awards.

Management consultants Q_PERIOR were able to secure 49th place in the ranking. Results in the survey category “team spirit” were particularly outstanding as 93% of the Q_PERIOR employees surveyed confirmed that their company had an exceedingly friendly working atmosphere.

“We are delighted to receive this award which confirms to us that our values are not just theoretical but are actually lived”, says Karsten Höppner, CEO of Q_PERIOR.

With the backing of this positive result, the consultancy has declared high growth targets for the current 2016 financial year. Altogether, Q_PERIOR is planning to take on 100 new employees. These ambitious personnel growth targets reflect the consistently positive order book enjoyed by the business and IT consultants.
