The management of Q_PERIOR is once again looking back on a successful financial year: in 2015, the management consultants succeeded in raising sales from 92 to around 104 million euros and at the same time significantly increasing the number of employees. This result puts Q_PERIOR in eighth place in this year’s Lünendonk List.
Digital transformation remains the most important driver of growth
The advance of digitalization continues to form the basis for the consistently positive growth of the business. Customer behavior and technical capabilities are changing at a rapid pace. At the same time, increasing regulatory requirements are tying up more and more resources in companies. “To meet these challenges adequately, a high degree of specialist expertise is required, as well as IT know-how”, says Karsten Höppner, CEO of Q_PERIOR. “In view of this development, we are benefiting more and more from our positioning at the interface between business and IT.”
Ambitious growth targets
Q_PERIOR has also announced high growth targets for 2016. One prerequisite – and at the same time the greatest challenge – is recruiting qualified staff. The consultancy house is planning to take on a total of 130 new employees. “To drive the growth of staff numbers further and to recruit suitable candidates for us, we are expanding the Recruitment Dept. at Q_PERIOR”, Karsten Höppner explains.
