The healthcare market is currently undergoing a tremendous transformation due to changing customer demands. To avoid missing out on this opportunity, it was clear to Gothaer they needed to reposition themselves and adjust as quickly as possible. The objective was to introduce a modern digital customer interface. That is why the private insurer is implementing a project with Q_PERIOR to build and launch a healthcare app.

An interview with Joseph Meiser, Director of Strategic Health Management at Gothaer, provides insight into the challenges and milestones of the project. He discusses the role InsurTech has in the healthcare market as well as the objectives and next steps the company is planning for the future.

The interview was performed in conjunction with a joint presentation by Q_PERIOR and Gothaer Health Insurance at this year’s exhibition in Leipzig at the end of November.
