Digitalization has an immediate impact on communication and sales processes in the insurance sector. The network of relationships between customers, field sales and insurers is becoming increasingly complex. That’s why insurance companies require IT landscapes without system discontinuities that facilitate a sales process distributed across various different sales channels. Q_PERIOR supports a renowned insurer with the integration of his sales channels, field sales, banking sales and Internet, as well as the digital extension of sales and service processes. At the heart of this project is a central platform for eBusiness applications with a quotation calculator that is accessible for field sales in expert mode and for customers directly on the Internet or via comparison portals. In combination with the consistent implementation of an always-online strategy, this provides the key prerequisite for successful digitalization of sales.
